i think there's potential there, but I agree with the others. The typography leaves a bit to be desired.
You might try to reverse the arm out of a shape so it doesn't conflict with the weight of the type so much and create an awkward bit of negative space wherever it sits.
When I first saw it, the shape it creates inside reminded me of:
and someone flexing their biceps.
