Another sweeping statement. Every time?
There's not really a way of knowing God's intention. The book of Job declares basically that it is none of our business. Sure, we could guess, but I wouldn't want to make such claims here without having something to back it up.
Some of these are very abstract matters. Like the omniscience vs. free will argument. There are scientific principles and philosophical statements that prove equally difficult to understand. It's just the nature of logical discourse, right?
