go ride a bike or run if that is your thing, really kick the shit out of yourself and then come home and sheesh the fuck out. laying in bed trying to sleep never works. Or buy a bottle of bourbon, sack of bud or whatever. Although I have noticed that ganja sometimes makes my mind race and not slow down, so be careful with that.
