Oh, my mom knows exactly what I do for a living, and obviously it's spend a couple hours a week at her house telling her the same thing I told her the week before. I think I bitched about this last week...
Anyway, here's the recap:
• showed her how to clear out the print queue that had 20 + docs sitting in it. That way, when she went to print pics her receipts from iTunes and shit wouldn't print out instead, thus resulting in "I don't know how that got there. I didn't want to print that"• looked at her distorted photos in iPhoto. She absolutely had to print the last 100 or so photos that she imported and somehow they got "distorted". Well, she got this photo disc from Costco and those things have a thumbnail folder for previewing. Turns out she uploaded the thumbs in addition to the larger images. So I had to point that out and show her how to delete the shitty thumbs.
