hulk is fighting ghost rider, and through 95% of the battle mr. blaze is in control, which means that ghost rider doesn't quite have the power to beat hulk. so as he's fighting blaze is having an internal struggle with ghost rider who wants to take over. blaze refuses. doc strange and mr fantastic are talking that blaze must maintain control over ghost rider.

hulk ends up winning knocking the flame out of ghost rider.

then strange goes 'blaze is no longer in control' and ghost rider produces this massive flame, more powerful than ever standing toe to toe with hulk.

    they look at each other.

then the ghost rider tears off blazing a trail through the military.

    why?

doctor strange: "Because ghost rider only punishes the innocent"

then a shot of strange, mr fantastic and tony with their heads hanging in shame.
