Hey if you want your images resized to 400 pixels wide, register on http://www.cardesignnews.com and submit an automotive design portfolio :)
The submission form resizes your uploaded images to 400 pixels wide, crops to max 800 height, sharpens, and makes a little thumbnail too!
All free... but it has to include a car of some sort... :)
