i come in late and leave late. I basically work whatever hours i need to finish the project. But they want me here at 1030 and nobody starts working until 1200 so i basically sit in the dark and deal with haters for 2 hours instead of being able to go outside and live... its frustrating

(Aug 17 07, 10:07)It sucks if they only expect you to come in at whatever time you're expected to, but let everyone else do whatever they want. At least you get the projects done.
However, maybe you're not being smart about coming in at random times? How do your co-workers get away with it? Unless the manager hates you. How is there no one else there at 10am, but there are "haters" there?
Soooo many questions.
By the way, 10am is not that early. I start work around 7:30am.
