i love dreamhost.
their email was down (for the first time since i've had them) about 3 days ago.
i emailed and 10 minutes later i had a response, from an actual person that they were working on it.
with my other two hosts i've had over the years, responses came days, if not weeks later.
case in point. i was having issues with a host 2 months ago, i emailed them about it and nothing for weeks, so i said fuck them and transfered everything to my main dreamhost account. last week i get a response back to my email.
"looks like your site isn't even hosted with us. are you sure you emailed the right people?"
wtf.
