My underlying feeling is that I'm going to get more frustrated and unhappy as the relationship carries on because I want to have more relationships before I settle down.

In a few years you'll see her over a couple of lattes and have a nice retrospective talk.. Then you'll be able to say something like "apparently I wasn't mature enough when we met, I had to make my own mistakes in order to grow up.. " or "we were just a couple of young kids on this highway of life , nobody had told us how bumpy it was"..
On second thought, I'd scrap the latter version.
