Be very sure this what you want.
7 years is a long time, and it will feel odd not to be together after that time.
If half the relationship (you) doesn't want to be in it. Then the chances are the relationship probably isn't working for BOTH of you.
Being honest and talking to her is not neccessarily any easier than cutting and running.
I say again, be sure, then check again. It's not going to be easy to go back (if you wanted to).
