So rap music (in general) complains about how bad life in the hood is. Here's a quote from Boyz in da Hood:
"Either they don't know, don't show, or don't care about what's going on in the hood."
But when it comes to holding the people causing all the bullshit accountable to the society they expect to fix everything they're attitude is to do everything they can to hinder the process? I grew up in an inner city, I've been arrested for matching a description, I know what its like and this has nothing to do with black or white, it has to do with who has the moral resolve to stand up for whats right and do something to cause a positive change.
But then these improvident fucktards wouldn't have anything to complain about and might have to do something intelligent.
