I understand where you are coming from, because I have experienced it first hand, simply because I have a lot of pigment and dark features. On the flip side, I've laughed at every person that has tried to bring me down from doing my thing, while they spend their energy being sarcastic and racist, I've moved on to bigger and better things. I don't like racist people at all. All of my mentors are from many different races or ethnicities. The color of one's skin means absolutely nothing, except for the half witted people themselves who can't get over their physical presence. The internet only exists because our conscience. And there are people out there who still don't get it. Point being, a lot of people who are in "so called power" these days, are of a generation that still lead by those rules and morals.
Everything is changing to ethics, and day by day, our generation is leading the parade, because they can't pull smoke over our eyes like they used to. Color will mean nothing in the future, once the deadbeats are all gone.
