    You don't have to do anything crazy to get the desired results. Most importantly try 3-7 days of no cooked or processed foods only drinking water. A little plain coffee or tea won't hurt either. The lemon, syrup and cayenne mix adds the benefit of some extra sugar in the system and helps get your body's pH into the more ideal acidic range.

    If nothing else a few days of this simple diet can't be bad for you.
