i feel like the cleanse is more of a control thing, like anorexia...
do yourself one better and just eat good, green salads, fruit, and lots of fiber-rich foods [grains] for the 10 days... after that you'll crave good foods and only eat the bad ones when you're really in the mood, rather than making bad food the bulk of your diet
