Is she really proud of the work? Maybe a committee stepped in and pushed the design to dilution. Sometimes it's how it is.
How would you feel if her work was fifty times better than your own? Would you feel inadequate?
I suppose it's not like she worships another religion than you, but good to hear things are well otherwise.
