Can't you also put something in the terms and conditions of use of your site, whereby you state that by using the site, you do so on the condition that you are not doing so for the purposes of collecting data for use in any proceedings, ongoing or at any future time, that are taken against the site owner, and that by accessing the site, you hereby waive all rights to do so now, and in perpetuity ?
