How the DMC is a classic is just beyond me. It's plain junk disguised in movie fame, much like Lohan.
The only cool thing about DeLorean is the funny story that resulted in their bankruptcy. It's a long story, but let's just say it involved hookers in Florida getting paid with DMC-12s for a bit of secks with the upper management, and DeLorean accountants going crazy because nobody had any freakin' idea where a shitload of cars had gone.
