I fully admit the crime - for whatever the reason - yes I've wronged.
I'm fully willing to pay and have told Getty this. My problem is the amount they're asking which is totally unreasonable.
Business is all about negotiations (unfortunately) and I've been in many situations where things go sour or something happens and you have to renegotiate your fees or whatever. You try to come to an understanding with a client so that you get your money but they don't feel like you ripped them off.
If getty said - "I don't care kid your're guilty you owe us $900 for image and our pone calls" I would have said OK, paid it, never made the same mistake again, continued to use Getty, and we would all not be responding to Ladyboy
