And I'm completely in the wrong - no denying it.
It's just the penalty I have a problem with - and I'm perplexed that Getty would destroy a relationship over this. Like I said I've probably been solely responsible for the purchase of over 70k in getty images over the years (I select the images and the agency or client pays for them). I have another 20 years at least in me. Think about that revenue loss for getty if I never bought another from them or any of their properties. What if I even convinced co-workers of mine not buy from them.
I tried to settle with them for what was a reesonable price plus penalty.
It's just bad business. Not saying it's right what I did but a bit understandable if you look at it. Shit's just not black and white in business - a lot of grey.
