I bought a Sony 65" rear projection TV from them four years ago or so, didn't have any problems...and it was cheap. I had the TV for about 3 years before trading it for a smaller one on CL. Nothing ever went wrong. My 1st experience with a refurb item, although I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen all of the time. I'd say it was a good experience. The only issue I would say is that they didn't deliver inside of my apt that I had at the time. I had to get the apt workers to come help me bring it in, 5 of them. The delivery guy just dropped it off and basically said, "Sorry bud, you'll have to take this 400 lb TV in urself"...when he had one of those lifts in his truck that could have done it in a few minutes. Luckily it didn't rain. So if you get anything large, you may want to ask about delivery.
