my opinion: the show is super entertaining, although not totally realistic. some parts are definitely contrived(3 cameramen + bear all skydive and the cameramen are set up to catch him land...didn't happen)

the dude flew a paraglider(ppg) to the TOP of EVEREST. that is so hardcore i can't even tell you.
