that is a valid point.
it is said that the houses in scotland would have withstood thon hurricane thingy a few years ago in england.

at new year in the uk we had crazy winds. down south it was a catastrophy with walls been blown over and roofs flying off - this was being plastered all over the news .... meanwhile you look out your window in scotland to see the same wind but just put it down as a "windy day" and see punters goin about the same ol same ol out there.
