you can think whatever of yourself that you please to yourself. my point is, its goddamn rude to an asshole to your workmates because you think youre so high and mighty.
egos get in the way of the work.. and slow or stop the team from working together and completing the task at hand.
machito, and egoless workplace is called PRODUCTIVE.
i dont need to name names here, but we all know of a few design firms notorious of their egos.. and usually those places have an unbelieveable turnover rate as well. turnover means money lost.
