I tried calling GGW, but it's almost impossible to get to the actual customer service. I was on hold for about 35 minutes...I haven't called Vivid yet, maybe I'll just keep it a mystery. I guess porn doesn't trade as well as regular movies I gave them 10 dvd's and got only movies out of it.
