(Jul 19 07, 12:25)Well, that'd be at the slippery slope bottom of that Executive Order, but they're basically saying the government can seize property based on declaring someone as against the war effort. Sure they specifically say they're going after obvious groups bank accounts, but the logic is there to easily say "Hey, you showed up at the protest and by doing that you're undermining the war effort...so let's see..is that your car here you drove to the protest? Thanks..."
Due Process is now dead. The Drug War put it into a coma and now the Terror War is putting the pillow over it's head.
