however the article you linked us to specifically says "So, as of yesterday, If you protest the war, the Prez can take your stuff"since the sixties.. if you protest the war there is a good chance you are being watched (or on a watchlist) by the FBI/CIA.. many facts out there prove this activity has been taking place for forty or more years and still does.
nothing new there...
however i still don't see where you guys are getting that now 'as of yesterday' if you protest they will take your stuff
