a guy in another department was coming over often and acting disrespectful toward the design dept. in general .. being really loud and bossy. then one day he called my co-workers 'monkey boy'. i spoke with his superior on the basis of trying to understand where he was coming from .. is he like this with everyone? should i bring it up with him?
he has been extremely respectful ever since. whenever he walks by my he puts his fingers to his hat in a salute. ha!
