Hard Rock - pure debauchery at the pool on Sundays
Imperial Palace - my favorite cheap drink haunt on the Strip... maybe not the absolute cheapest, but I still love it.
Downtown - Fremont Street (not the Fremont Street Experience per say). Hit up all the awesome smaller bars going up, Hennessey's, Downtown Cocktail Room, Beauty Bar. A great change from the Strip's in-your-face shit
Clubs (if you care) - Tryst, PURE, Tao, Tangerine, Body English, Moon, JET
Restaurants - I don't eat out often, but STACK at the Mirage is awesome, then there's Social House at TI that's great as well
Off the Strip -
• Boulder City (25 mi away) see the damn Dam and nice small town right outside of Vegas
• Red Rock Canyon - the West edge of the city, and amazing nat'l recreation area, awesome rock climbing and hiking. it's gonna be hot as hell though, so if you go, go at 6a-7a...if you have any other questions, ask me and I'll try to help.
