    I cooked a leg of lamb this weekend.

    I dug a hole and filled it with granite rocks, Lighted a fire for about an hour on top of it. Then removed the burned wood and some of the rock. I then put the lamb in the hole, cover it with the hot rocks, put moss over it that and then covered it with sand.

    After about 2 hours I took it out and it was ready to eat.

    I can truly say that it's the best meal I have ever had. Combine that with a warm sunny day, a stunning view to the glaciers in. No noise or other humans near you besides your son for at least 50 km, and you will have a perfect day. That is a promise!
