I think it's going to be a 'by hand' process, qruise...
... i'm on vista... the 'vault' is located here:
C:\Users\userName\AppData\Roamin... Font Database.suitcasevault\primary
...not sure if you'd found the fonts... sounds like you were still trying to locate the vault?
... perhaps...
... grab that 'main folder' that holds all the fonts (even though they're categorized to hell inside that main folder)...
... install a new font program such as Linotype Font explorer - and point to that folder as to where your fonts are located... let it manage from there?
just a thought...
