I pretty much dropped the ball. I had that strange thing where you talk on the phone and hang out at school as really good friends for like two weeks, then you really figure that you're just friends... so one day a buddy of mine comes over to go hiking, I'm just leaving the house and she shows up at my front door talking about how she wants to go to the mall and go shopping and hang out. Well, I decided that going hiking was more exciting so I told her that I would call her later.
She never called me back... ever.
Ran into her in the gym about 4 years ago. She was as nice as ever, but way different... grown up, Playboy mindstate, Vegas lifestyle... when I knew here she was 16 and I was 18.
*breaks down crying. cue violins
