I will still post mp3's to the FMT, but I am going to be sending this out to all of the people on my Jams mailing list next week.
-------------------------------I regret to tell you all this, but I am no longer going to be producing Friday Jams every week.
A new law went into effect last Sunday and If I were to go completely legit, it would cost me an initial fee of $500 and would cost $2000 a month in royalty fees at the current volume of listeners. I always enjoyed creating the playlists and have met thousands of people over the years so this saddens me.
This entire endeavor started out as a way to play a few tracks for friends while they were at work and increased to be served to thousands of people each week. I never made a dime off of this and often used it to help friends raise money for various charities.
I hope everyone enjoyed the few years I was doing this, it was fun.
