  beaver tail..
  I mean, no offense I understand its a culture thing but why the tail... why not bever legs

  in argentina I grew up eating morcilla , people here thinks its gross, but thats only because they call it blood sausage, if as a kid I woulded heard that name, I would be grossed out too..
