madirish - yes it's also called Project Management Software although I'm not sure that all systems include the time keeping and billing side of things as well.

(Jul 11 07, 00:29)i for one, would never consider PM work to stop at time keeping and billing. it goes WELL beyond those items (centralized asset management, versioning, white board messages, chat log storage, email, milestone markers, sign off's, documents.)
good luck with it- i think we have fairly significant differences in what we see as PM.
