my cousin has a 4 year old daughter who can see and speaks to an old lady who used to live in the house they stay in.
my cousin did research and found out an old woman had died in the flat years ago.
cousin has walked into her daughters bedroom to find her speaking to someone and when she asked who it is she'd said "oh , the old lady" kinda thing.
her daughter also has a very mature and warped sense of humour - like WAYYY too old for her age which i think she's maybe got from the ghost.
like someone said earlier, if you do have a ghost and are cool with it then you prob wont get any troubles.
sounds silly and i dont necessarily believe in ghosts, but you should try speaking to it !?! not to expect any chat back, but just say "alright" etc when you come home lol. worth a try, you might make friends with it.
imagine you could get it in on the game and persuade it to do things on demand like fling books across the room.
invite mates round for parties and be like "watch THIS guys" haha
