trained with the bo growing up. someone stole my good one about 2 years ago though. bastards.
and took just enough ju-jitsu to hurt myself. haha.
thankfully i have never had to "use" either. im not big on physical violence, but i can verbally abuse you like ya wouldnt fuckin' believe. =)
