  If you have Adobe Acrobat goto Document>Insert or Document>Pages>Insert don't know exactly since I switched to Acrobat 6. It will ask you for a file and also if you want to import before or after the current page.

  If you don't have Acrobat you might consider using a 3rd party app like:

  or

  or try to find answers at http://www.pdfzone.com
