Nah, I always try and view human behaviour from the 3rd person - what would an external viewer make of our species' constant obsession with the baser joys - food and sex? Especially when we have such a high capacity for useful, intelligent thought and
I just think it's a bit simple, is all.
Oh, and re: your gay comment - from what I've seen, gay folk seem to have just as high a proclivity for sexual shenanigans as everyone else.
