I've never believed anything I've read from the register, they post rumours that are never true.
This article might very well be true, not sure.
What IS hyperthreading anyway? what does it do?
Oh? its a intel buzzword, ah of course.
Its all marketing folks, people love thier machines, they should, they have to spend many hours a day on them.
