Well, wasnt Libby (not really libby, he;'s just a good soldier as someone mentioned earlier, Cheney is the one) technically interfering in the anti-terrorism DHS operations? And, if so, if found guilty, shouldn't he be held at G Bay as an enemy combatant? Even while awaiting trial?
