    women's rights and equity, specifically.

    I think Sweden and Finland are right up there too; northern areas.

    could not agree more. but, on the flip-side, there is a huge disparity in treatment and social acceptance of non-white skin there as well. this is undoubtedly the single largest issue of scandinavian countries and one the ruling families are working very hard at (in all 3 countries, really) to better.

    really, my only quip w/ them. would love to live there and most likely will at some point.
