Check out the harbour of course... do a harbour-tour with one of the "barkassen"-boats.
nice shops, bars and restaurants are located in:
- the schanzenviertel
- the karovierteland just that you have seen it, check out the reeperbahn...
go to a soccer game of fc st. pauli (starting in august)
go to the elbe beach, there are some nice beach clubs and a place called "strandperle" (in the summer, its a must...)
hamburg rocks... :-)
