Nairn, thanks for bringing some balance to this thread.
One thing u mentioned that was wrong was that I did not come here with the "i'm great prove me wrong attitude". I actually agree with a lot of the negative comments & feel pretty lukewarm about most the work on that list.
I think I've plateaued a bit and need to find a way out.
Anyway, thanks NT!
