Works including Jihad Jerry are pretty good and fit for purpose - stuff below that's a bit amateurish.
Seems like a lot of the work is simply derivative of other stuff - perhaps when looking for inspiration for each new group you've done your research in each field and come back, rehashing what's already out there. Nothing wrong with that necessarily - just don't expect your loud designs to shout above the din, if they're merely repeating others' noise.
What really stands out for me is how a lot of the projects so completely base their multimedia aspects on other commercial sites - the Die Mannequin (or is that just 'die Mannequin'? :) site, for instance. It's just struck me how much the internet is changing - why, indeed, pay for expensive hosting privileges when you can host video, blogs and audio on other services and capitalise on their keywording and social networks? Clever. Or I'm just getting old.
Be wary about the negative comments on NT - you've basically come on here and gone "I think I'm shit-hot - prove me wrong!" to a group of people who include some shit-hot designers (myself very much not included). Compared to them, your stuff (and mine) sucks balls. Compared to 99% of other people in the world (including paying clients), your stuff is alright.
