I've got an N enabled MacBook that I use on N enabled Airport stations at work and home. Both are so much faster than the B/G enabled PowerBooks I've had in the past.
At home (when it's just me using it) I get much faster upload/download speeds than before.
At work, its also really fast, until someone joins not using an N enabled card - then my speed falls about 30%. This is still much faster than my older Powerbooks.
I say go for it - I'm enjoying the speed bump a lot.
