it's functionality, usability and intuitiveness alone is light years beyond any phone on the market.
i'm hosed by att either way, i can't get a new phone until november cause of this bullshit 2yr service plan that only allows you one upgrade during that time. it's bullshit. i'll have to pay full price for any phone i get until then.
