Sign up for those job sites, you may get 1 or 2 good clients from there. Send brochures to potential clients and companies you'd like to work for. Stay in contact with clients you already have, send them postcards, calendars and business cards.
As freelancers we don't have freetime, when you are not working on a project you are woriking on getting new work.
Dedicate a day a week to work on your self promo and to look for new clients.Good luck.
