Actually, the hills in the picture are to be replaced by another picture of the mindego hills in northern california. So you can't just drop another logo in. The hills are for that purpose.
I agree with the grid issue, but not to much with the lack of attention going to the right places. The image is to be done in flash with animation that brings in items one at a time. I guess you have to see the flash in order to understand what I mean.
Thanks for the crit, I will consider a grid for this.
