nice work man – and a Bostonian like myself. I just left town to move to SF, but I can connect you with my last agency for some potential outsource work.
the best advice I have is to talk to everyone about what you do. pass out your cards like a maniac. network, join the chamber of commerce and show up (it's boring as hell, but you meet business owners), and get aggressive with agencies and other places that you know might need your services. emails, phone calls, a nice and distinct direct mail, and a follow up. just get on the radar, and the phone will start to ring.
