Heirarchy, Heirarchy, Heirarchy, I cant't stress this enough.
you need to make decisions about what you want the user to see 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc... then design for it.
Although there is transparency present and multiple colored backdrops, there is little depth actually being effective. The shadows under theimage and outside the window both are not helping, the look contrived and not dimensional.
you are also in need of a grid here. Not much references a grid and as such, adds to overall disparity.
My choice would be the "blue" colored bottom, though I don't think it is there yet.
Nice work, keep cracking at it.
The rules used in the bottom portion serve no purpose and only add to overall visual noise.
